Run - Jump - Throw - 2024/2025 Season

A program geared to young athletes aged 7-11

Introduction to track & field program, athletes will receive basic training in sprinting, hurdling, jumping and throwing

Offered Indoors in 2 sessions (November/December & January/February)

First Session starts Tuesday October 22nd, ends December 19th, every Tuesday & Thursday 6:00pm-7:00pm

Second Session starts Thursday, January 7th - March 4th every Tuesday/Thursday 6:00pm-7:00pm

Spring Prep 
Open to athletes in grades 3 through 6 

Offered on Sundays April 30th to May 28th from 1-3pm

Alumni Stadium, University of Windsor
Cost - $15 per session or $50 for all sessions
